Pros
They treat their employees well and they care about their well being. Although you can remain autonomous since most work off site for clients obviously. The pay and benefits are excellent.
Cons
If your assignment ends, they are not good about finding you another position so you are on your own. However, that's kind of the nature of the beast for this type of firm. Also, you never get a raise unless they can manage to get the client to pay more -- which never happens even if you do work long term and give 120% to the job.
