Easy accessible locations. Doesn't require too much traveling. Flexible work schedules because it is a 24*7 operation center. Employees are friendly and easy to get a long with

Cons

The pay is low and the benefits are the worst. Hourly employees do not receive PTO at all. There is no opportunities for advancement, especially in the areas of management
