Pros
It's small so non-managers have access to leadership and CEO in a way they wouldn't in a bigger organization. The money and benefits were good.
Cons
Upper management is incompetent, unqualified, and sophomoric. The CEO doesn't truly care about the day-to-day operations of the headquarters. Many middle managers are academics with few people or practical skills required to run an effective department/business. Chaotic, disorganized, and elitist.
