The management here is unethical. Decisions are made without consideration of staff or of students. Seriously questionable morals, and they'll work hard to push back against anyone who doesn't agree with them on every issue. My entire department was essentially bullied until they quit, and when a judge with unemployment heard our cases, the school was forced to pay us benefits because, according to the judge, "Any professional who was treated in such a manner would have reasonable cause to decide that ending their employment was the only reasonable decision left to them". Seriously.
