Really good training and shows the company cares about my development. I have learnt the markets in which I hadn’t worked in before opening up my options for candidates and clients. I feel like I have learnt new cycles and skills through training and support and have the right tools to now starting placements going forward.
Regular catch up with my manager and the training manager to ensure I am on track. Very hands on in which I have not experience from my previous company
