Seeing the improvements the therapists make with the patients and witnessing this impact on parents when they at times will have tears of joy. Hearing of positive/best reputation for this field in the area from parents, other field professionals, and other word-of-mouth; creating pride in where you work.
Cons
Owner is still outdated or perhaps too biased in their opinion on business operations, such as differences between operating costs, sunk costs, and variable costs, but treating them all as one fixed cost. This in turn affects completion of tasks and morale when employees are given increasing lists of responsibilities, but no increase to hourly allowances, and ending with unrealistic deadline expectations.
