Pros
We are a small company with clients across the country. We are growing, but slowly. The company is building the base with a good cash flow. The culture is very laid back, with a casual office environment. If you are client facing, you are expected to be business casual at the least. But Jeans and a polo shirt are acceptable most days. We have a good benefits plan in place with 15 days vacation after your first year (yes 3 weeks), 6 sick days and great insurance and 401K plan with company matching. The employee's here are a close group, we have no turn over. The corporate office is located in a great area (Burr Ridge Village Center). We are very close to multiple interstates with covered parking (garage, free).
Cons
We are expected to work at a high level. Sometimes we are doing the work of multiple people as we continue to grow. Expectations can be high.
