Pros

I’ve had a great experience working with this CARR. The support team is always responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in our success. They consistently provide quality leads that help us grow our business, and their systems make it easy to stay organized and efficient. What really stands out is the leadership. The company is guided by strong values, integrity, and a clear vision for long-term success. It’s refreshing to be part of an organization that truly cares about both its clients and its team members. With a strong national presence and a reputation for excellence, this company continues to open doors and create opportunities. I’m proud to be associated with such a professional and values-driven organization.

Cons

You are unable to take listings which is actually a pro for your pitch. So, don't come here if that's the goal!

Pros

Incredible culture- regardless of industry but especially in commercial real estate, CARR is unmatched. Extremely generous commission splits- great opportunity to advance and frequent corporate driven leads- even in smaller markets like mine. Regional directors instill confidence, answer questions at the drop of a hat and are very empathetic in the process because they have ALL been there and done it before at a high level. Top tier leadership consistently finds new ways to improve process and generate more opportunity. I can't tell you how many doctors I have spoken to that after we met they looked up a podcast by Scott Luene, Ideal practices, or some other expert only to find CARR as the trusted resource for real estate. We win deals all the time based on the value that has been consistently been provided and relationships built for decades. You don't have to have a commercial real estate, or even healthcare background. Just need to be diligent and not try to re-invent the wheel. Long tenured agents make your success part of their goals as well. Built great friendships in this role, and am surrounded by people that make me better. The pay has incredible upside that continues to grow over time and deals get easier and easier to move.

Cons

This job will absolutely test your mental strength and stamina the first year especially. You do a lot of work without seeing much reward. Having said that, expectations are set clearly up front, and I closed my first deal exactly when they told me I would before they hired me. No one is going to do the work for you, and you lose more than you win at first. You may have to establish yourself in a market that seems crowded, but there is more than enough work to do when you follow the gameplan.
