There are many pros to working here, but one of the main ones that makes CARS differ from every other employer, is its teamwork. I have never felt so connected and supported by my team members and leads as I have here. Another great pro to working here is the feeling of accomplishment you get at the end of each day knowing that you helped someone donate their vehicle to a charity that they care about. Working here makes me excited to get up in the morning and go to work, which is not something a lot of people can say.
