Pros
WFH options and location was great. Other staff were great and a pleasure to work with.
Cons
I learned very quickly why our department had a high turnover of staff. Manager seemed to thrive off drama and creating issues between other departments/people. I was constantly worried about my manager seeing me talk/being friendly to the "wrong" person as it would result in a critique of my performance soon afterwards (you are on probation for the first 6 months).
Due to the continuous turnover of staff, there was nobody to actually show you how to do/complete projects correctly so you pretty much had to guess, all while being micromanaged.
Other project managers and other departments seemed helpful and greatful of your work, but again, that could hamper you if you are helping the "wrong" person.
Easily the most stressful working environment I've ever worked in.
