Pros
you can learn some healthcare things, mar sheets, appointments, how to engage with clients. (Not by CBI teaching, just through first hand experience)
Cons
-very unorganized - treats staff poorly often throughout (you will be performanced for this) - Under paid -Overworked ( Staff are often doing upper management jobs due to the sheer laziness in upper management) - Co-workers have little to no experience when working with the clients. Often don't do anything to help and sit around. Most staff come in late. -Lots of drama in the workplace.
