Agents are friendly . Some managers are very friendly. Monday to Friday shifts. No weekends needed.
Cons
Paid late regularly. Owner does not know how to run a company . Losing contracts left right and center to the point where he is costing people jobs . He has also had to change company names 4 times due to debt and administration. people have gone from making solid bonus anywhere from £600 plus . To average bonus now being around £100. The people in control of the campaigns and looking after them are also like vultures . Do not care about staff .

if you show up everyday and get target they don't care about you will force you to change campaign with 1 day notice uper mangment are clueless and dont know what they are doing false promises campaign security they dont care about staff at all they will force you out when hours are cut
