Sales Management gives their area reps a lot of independence and autonomy to hit their numbers. They are supportive and helpful when needed. If you hit your numbers they reward you.
Cons
Some of the sales targets are difficult to hit based on your territory. Not every territory is created equal, but yet they require the same numbers from everyone
