Great culture. Great People. Great Leadership. Amazing work / life balance. A high percentage of employees work remotely, yet the company culture is the best I've experienced in 25+ years. Other companies who have forced "back in the office" policies and have seen their company culture and employee engagement slip should take note that!

I can honestly say I do not have any cons to report
- work from home
- no micro management unless you are not delivering
Cons
- below average pay
- juniors did not get a RSU refresher this year
- managers get promoted to a new position every year without bringing any value
- reluctant to adopt new technologies
- no appreciation/benefit for engineers even if you go above and beyond
