      Pros

      Full time job, no slip seating trucks, paid weekly

      Cons

      Never know when you are working or your days off, paid a percentage by load with a guarantee but you will never go over the guarantee, i never made more than the guarantee even working 60-70 hrs a week.

      Pros

      They have accounts that let you come home everyday and your routes are not crazy. Pay was awesome. Dispatch is super nice and will work with you. It's all about what you make of it and how you handle yourself. Some of the other drivers get pissed and leave with a bad taste because they don't work things out, sometimes is even the driver's mistake. They'll work with you if you are cool about it!
