      Pros

      I suppose they have some talent, however their choice in selecting new CEO's for portfolio companies needs to improve. I'm surprised you didn't see the damage coming for Bring so involved in your portfolio companies.

      Cons

      They hired a CEO with no CEO experience. They did not complete a thorough background. The CEO changes his entire staff, hired his friends, and spent money like a drunken sailor. Oh he turned the company around! To double digest red numbers!

      I had a great time working with a very supportive team in the compliance and legal departments.

      The outlook could be a bit more cutting edge and the small size of the team could be a disadvantage.
