Pros
There are a lot of pros to working for this company. To start, everyone there was amazing and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. From the owner, Scott, the engineering department, sales, and everyone was else was always incredibly friendly and everyone was always willing to help with whatever they could. The engineering department, lead by Jake Sears, was run incredibly well. Despite always being busy, he made sure to take the time and talk to each member of his team to make sure they were able to do their job to the best of their abilities. No question was too simple or complex for him to take the time and explain, not just giving the answer but helping you to arrive there on your own and explain the proper methods. In the engineering department you will be very hands on and become familiar with a plethora of new software and IT tools, with guidance the whole way. Everyone on the team is always willing to help and watching out for each other. Overall, the positions and hours are flexible to a degree, but there is room to grow and you are only limited by your own desire to learn.
Cons
Lots of travel, especially with current gas prices, but you are reimbursed and it does make up for it. Sometimes the job can be frustrating when dealing with problematic clients or software, but that is expected with any job. The only real con is that sometimes the hours are unpredictable as you may need to stay late without any notice or be called in for an emergency, but both are few and far between.
