      Pros

      Whilst the internship was remote, the team as a whole was very communicative and friendly with meetings every morning to leave an update on your work, what you'll be focusing on today as well as guidance on particular areas if needed. The overall experience was amazing with gaining real life insights as to how a team operates on a project, how tasks are delegated and worked on as well as collaborating with each other. The company day out was also great :)

      - Very flexible company - Generous holiday policy - Fully remote working gives flexibility - High level of responsibility, value & impact - Kind & considerate directors & employees - Low bureaucracy - Co-working pass available for hot seating/office spaces - Interesting projects

      - Fully remote can be a con depending on what somebody wants from a company
