Pros
Vendor, industry & technical training. Some great managers. Flexible work, hybrid. Great first year working there with a good manager, presales teams and fair distribution of accounts. You can create opportunities for yourself by putting yourself out there and speaking with the right people.
Cons
Poor pay, below industry standard. Would take long time to get to a decent living wage with their wage structure. Heavy emphasis on call time instead of quality conversations with clients. Lack of support with some managers + favouritism. Success can be heavily dependant on the data you are allocated - not always fairly distributed, especially recently. Lack of follow through on plans & promises - dependant on the manager you get. Your managers change as your time progresses, so even if you find one that you work well with, you will be forced to move teams.
