There are NO benefits with this company. I was told when hired that there were health benefits. However, CDI does not contribute to the prices, instead they act as a facilitator for the insurance company who I am sure is compensating them for every employee they talk into this overpriced with high deductible health insurance. My expectation was that I would be contributing to it, not paying the whole nut. Also, paid holidays..........there are none. The benefit statement regarding such is ambivalent and vague, but when it comes down to it, there's nothing for hourly employees, salary only. As a corporation when performing a vendor to vendor contract, the expectation is that you will receive the agreed upon amount and there are no other benefits. However, as a hired employee, there IS an expectation that there are some benefits associated with the position, especially if they are touted during the hiring process. I am VERY disappointed with this company in their hiring tactics.
