Management from the top down really seem to listen to employee feedback. After 13.5 years with my last firm, and being treated like a worker bee instead of a valued asset, CDM Smith is an energizing and positive environment to work in.

Too many acronyms, project reporting and accounting systems are outdated but being addressed, stock ownership not available to rank and file employees, only titled staff.
