Pros
small company; not a lot of competition, all warm sales leads; rarely need to cold call. Generally good hours, (I'm having a real hard time getting twenty words in here!)
Cons
Management is ultra conservative, right wing, hard core born again christian who doesn't know to keep politics and religion out of the workplace. Constantly changing policies, poor wages, no real infrastructure to support sales, zero training, wants a "dial-for-dollars" sales strategy versus building real relationships in a n industry where everyone knows everyone else.
