- Awful, anachronistic model of hierarchy and nepotism everywhere - Clueless incompetent managers placed in most cases, as a result of nepotism or "copinage" - Ridiculously low salaries and even more ridiculously slow career growth (if any..) - Poor ok infrastructure at all levels, from offices to IT - Declining, losing in terms of real talent, hardworking people and impactful scientific output - Bonuses?
