      Good for 1st job because they hier aggressively

      Cons

      Very toxic workplace, no real research only consultancy kind of work. They will only listen to senior management, juniors really don't have a say in anything and are treated with more and more work. Even their grievance are not entertained and they are forced to quit. No work life balance. In all the HR matters only managers are supported
