However, the opportunities remain quite limited, and for those in executive-level positions, job security could be challenging if the business faces financial difficulties.

Simple, remote, and didn't micromanage. Pay was slightly above average.

HR didn't know most things. Started with promises of bonuses and cost of living wage adjustments, but the former stopped this last year under them and the latter never happened (only got one raise of 54 cents).
