If you get lucky you get good management, my manager is truly a leader.

Just had layoffs, very unclear. Everyone was stressed and management did not address it. Some managers are micro managers, or very gossipy. In such a big organization a lot of the times you do not know which teams you should be collaborating with, in order to achieve your goals. Too many initiatives from global.
