No value placed on employees - horrible management!! - Supervisor CEVA Logistics Employee Review

Zero value placed on the employee. Too many threats that you must improve productivity or you won't have a job. Upper management is a total joke. Kaizens - really??? Not the way you push them....... No advancement opportunity at all. Bottom line: DON'T even think about working at this company.
