Pros
I have been at CEVA or a few weeks. So far is a great company with a great group of employees. Everyone has been very helpful and show sincere appreciation for colleagues, and help in anything they can. Offices are kept clean and well maintained; flexible work schedule and definitely NOT a micromanagement environment.
Cons
Because the company is so large and people involved in new hire processes are scattered across the regions, it creates miscommunication and a bit of frustration for newhires in getting the systems access, company badge, business cards, etc. Processes take a bit longer than usual.
