Career will stagnate. Common to be given assignments, work on tight deadlines, then never hear whether the work was put to use or killed by someone higher up. Leadership was constantly changing and never present or clear in it's vision. There was a very toxic employee in a management role who made me and others feel uncomfortable and who was also bad at his job. He no longer works there, but it was known and ignored.
