8yThanks for the very positive note. Yes, some of the more challenging reviews of CFIB on Glassdoor are from former employees who did not do well or from those who did not consider this a full-time job. Still, others have provided constructive criticism or suggestions on how we can improve as an employer. I am pleased to note that many of the suggestions made by current and former staff (particularly about the compensation structure for District Mangers) have already been implemented or are on their way in the weeks ahead. I agree with your assessment that good sales people do very well at CFIB. One of the things of which I am very proud is the fact that 90% of our 110,000 members get a personal visit from one of our District Managers each year. We are very lucky to have over 200 District Managers doing this role every day.
Thanks again for writing and sharing your perspective after over five years at CFIB. As you note, while there are lots of places one can work to earn a good living, we at CFIB have the added benefit of knowing we are doing something that really makes a difference.
