Its a job. Paychecks don't bounce. If your incarcerated at Johnson County Kansas Detention Center this is an excellent job. They work closely with the center.
Cons
Management is inept and has no respect for employees. No training program. No opportunity for advancement. Poor pay. Bad working conditions. Typical raise is less then 2%.
