Always busy with new projects - Laborer CGS Imaging Employee Review

Always working on high profile projects, such as huge graphics and signage for sporting events. New projects coming in all the time, so rarely am I bored with my work. Really proud to see work I have done on TV. Always have opportunity to make extra money as overtime is frequently available. Our plant floor is air conditioned in the summer months

Most projects have very short turn around, so sometimes the work coming to our area can be overwhelming.

The company has the blue print to be a good, fun place to work.

Poor ownership Poor Management No Structure I have experienced things unimaginable in the time I have worked with this company. They don't appreciate a thing you do and you don't get paid well for all the impossible things they demand you to do. If you wanna be made to feel berated, and worthless by the owner of the company, who is no treat to deal with. If you like to be belittled and screamed at with no proper resolution and you like to do your job plus everyone else's job and it's still not good enough. This might be the place for you. This is just the very tip of the iceberg. This is place is unprofessional, unorganized and is stuck a negative mind set with no open mind or heart to learn and grow themselves. The owner seems to care more about his wallet and customers, rather than the value and and happiness of his employees. There's a huge upside to what the company does, unfortunately it's ran by people that can't see true value.
