Good company, limited career progression outside of head office - Anonymous employee CGU Insurance Employee Review

Great working environment. Too Bad it was bought out and closed.

A couple of bad managers that did not support staff.

CGU had some good people working for it but they were often micro-managed resulting in less than stellar performance.

Micro-managment by Home Office middle managment.
