The org is extremely disorganized. There is no org-wide change management or structured communication, causing constant chaos and confusion. The org does not have the stability it needs for long-term sustainability. It's growing faster than the staff can manage, causing employees to get burnt out quickly and looking for an employer who can offer structure and sustainability. Executive leadership is extremely disconnected with the day-to-day operations of the administration office, what it takes to keep the wheels turning, as well as staffing needs. Employees now have an extremely lack of trust in executive leadership. They have a vision and require employees to help get them there, however they don't offer the support, wage, or resources needed to get there.
