      Very interesting. CHDI Has been on work from home since March 2020. There is no need (or requirement) that anyone take public transportation. There has been no international travel. Robi Blumenstein, President

      Good group of people committed to quality HD research.

      Cons

      The organization is quite flat and there is a problematic top-down culture which made cooperation across teams difficult. There is no investment in employee growth and limited care from upper management about tenure and job satisfaction.
