Pros
- Good salary for starting job w/ zero experience needed - Decent benefits - Pot-lucks - Coffee/energy drinks/tea stocked - Casual dress code - CEO wants company to succeed but he has the wrong team - Activities to promote company efforts
Cons
- Unprofessional work environment, management can be heard yelling at each other and slamming doors - Projects extend past due dates, some have extended for many years: no project management whatsoever - Management have scattered priorities - No structure within the company - Teamwork as a company is poor - No adequate and/or consistent training - Blame game: no one takes responsibility for their own faults including management - Every department seems to wear each other's hats - Remote work is nonexistent - Zero constructive feedback - A lot of information told to me in my interview by the interviewer was not true about this company
