Pros
I honestly have no pros to mention about this place. I was employed for a short while and the first week out if training I knew I had made a mistake in accepting the position. It is an environment with unhappy employees. Employees dress inappropriately. Management consists of under qualified managers , supervisors, and directors. Their collection methods endorse being rude and unprofessional to csr reps with insurance carriers. There also appears to me to be an atmosphere of racism. You will step in an elevator with people who look at you as if you have dirt on you. Just overall not a goid atmosphere nor a place to advance.
Cons
Terrible technology. Outdated systems, they use meditech. Open style work space, no cubicles, lack of privacy. Training needs improvement. No set procedures in place, no uniformity, everyone has a different way of doing things. When you leave trainibg, you sit with a "team lead" for maybe 2 days then you are expected to meet production that is hard to attain because their claims are all a mess, i.e incorrect coding, incorrectly pre applied contractual adjustments, lack of authorization, you name it.. too many meetings and huddles basically about nothing.
