Pros

*The salary was ok *Most of my co-workers were tolerable and sane. *I like the diversity initiative (race diversity). My floor was very diverse.

Cons

* The company is blasphemous! It didn't really hit me until my first week in the office. There mission is to "extend the healing ministry of Jesus Christ". But JESUS NEVER CHARGED MONEY FOR HEALING, CHRISTUS DOES. The name is even blasphemous if you can read between the lines. They need to change the mission and stop it now! Nothing Christus does should or can be prepared to the AWESOME WORKS of JESUS CHRIST, not even a little bit .... I felt so bad being part of such a blasphemous thing. * The PTO is terrible. You have to use PTO for holidays, I read it a glassdoor review stating that and didn't believe it ... but yes it's true. Never has that happened to me * It's very cult like. You are forced to pray at every meetings, there's a weird new employee ceremony towards the end of the session, and on and so forth. I'm a spiritual person but my spirituality and Christus spiritually are very different ... Christus is a blasphemous, phony spirituality. * High turnover rate. And it's mostly due to how unorganized most departments are and people are also quick to leave b/c Christus fires with ease if they don't think you're a cultural fit which is so subjective and usually unfair. *If you're out and gay, 9/10 you're not gonna feel welcomed here ... the place is homophobic and many of their non-discrimination policies don't include sexual orientation which isn't fair. Gays should be allowed to work in a non hostile environment just like everyone else. The ironic thing is there are plenty of gay men here lol.

Pros

PTO and health benefits....friendly and helpful front desk staff

Cons

Low pay, no growth opportunities, poor and unprofessional leadership who are very laxed, unhelpful, uncaring, nonchalant and even disrespectful at times.... only in a leadership position for the title and money, showing favoritism to certain associates. What's really disturbing is most don't know anything, not even their job, and can't provide any answers. They use the team leads to do their jobs for them while they sit at their desk and relax.
