      If you do your corporate job well you get the rewards, great benefits bonus and PTO policy. There were some really crappy employee's who didn’t work and would delegate all their work to others. And then whine to leadership. They are now gone so the rest of us are happy again

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
