Laid back managements and almost too laid back Great benefits including health Salary Bonus
Cons
Managers put into place that shouldn't be as they do not know how to "lead" people--they are managers and most of them are micro. Not much for letting employees be empowered to do their job. Hard to move into new positions--either need to know someone (most of the time) or just lucky for the most part. A lot of business units and they are all siloed as they have multiple ERP systems making it hard to move throughout the company for different positions.
