Tenured team with a lot of industry knowledge. Everyone on the team contributes well, Strong benefits and compensation. Opportunity to succeed.

Cons

It is not really a con, but if you want to be successful, you actually have to put the work in, which a lot of people miss that point. There have been some folks that worked here that would prefer to whine and complain and blame others for the failure instead of putting the work in.

Pros

Casual dress code. A few good teammates that I will miss.

Cons

Where to begin.... terrible work hours, micromanagement, questionable pay practices, no transparency about why or how decisions are made, outdated software, constantly fighting for commissions, obvious favoritism, not an inclusive environment at all, extremely inappropriate behaviors and comments by leadership, questions discouraged, excuses constantly given, lies told to both clients and employees, expectation is to be available 24/7/365 even on approved PTO days/awarded off days/weekends/holidays, the office is a rumor mill, extremely limited growth career wise, insanely stressful/anxiety inducing environment, wins are never celebrated, the whole culture is structured around "what have you done for me (the business owners) today?". We had multiple record breaking months where we were told to get back on the phones and make up for previous months. Ultimately, new ideas are not welcomed nor encouraged. I really wanted to like it here but there's a reason why there are multiple negative reviews and constant turnover. I can now confirm the grass is greener on the other side once I finally left.
