      Pros

      They stimulate to be nice with each other. Colleagues and team usually want to help you.

      Cons

      Bad protectionism in some levels of the company. They created the concept of Action plan not to help people, but to pressure than when it is convenient. Pay attention. You need to be a yes-man to your Senior Manager to be protected. Pay attention in lies/friendships.
