Pros
nice atmosphere, minimum over-work time, flat hierarchy and good transparency. My manager was very nice, patient and encouraging. He communicates clearly and gives good guidance towards my work.
Cons
Some of the colleagues may not be the super stars in their area. The company adopts lean strategy and they go for speed and efficiency instead of premium quality. May not be the best choice for those who pursue the "state-of-the-art" level work.
