Pros
Incredibly smart and hardworking peers. Surrounded by so many good people. Interesting problems to solve and the chance to make a real difference in the field. The amount of talent concentrated in this one company was impressive and could have had amazing outcomes, had it been focused at all.
Cons
Shortsighted and thoroughly incompetent management at all levels. So many reorganizations, as if shuffling around incompetent managers would fix anything. Disappointing.
