      Tienen un caos interno debido a cambios constantes del personal yfalta de bases solidas de capacitacion, la gente suele usarla como tranmpolin para adquirir experiencia y irse porque la carga de trabajo es excesiva.

      The people I worked for and with were great - no complaints at all

      Management is not really there to bat for you - they are just as powerless as the rest of employees (non management). Not transparency and loyalty means nothing. All for profit companies are similar in that they are there to make money, profit, grow and stay in business, but there are those that know how to take care of their employees and then there is CIBT. Sorry to say that they are poorly managed at the highest level - there is no human side to this organization. Maybe they care but they have a funny way of showing it.
