Always paid on time, relatively generous paid time off for full time employees. Friendly and competent HR
Cons
No paid leave for maternity/paternity. Government contracting can often be inconsistent and unpredictable due to current changes in funding related to this current administration. In general, almost no pay raises, not even inflation adjustments.
