1. Some really bad middle managers resort to poor practices such as bad mouthing and gossip. 2. Some staff members are extremely reluctant to change and refuse to accept that the organization is much bigger than what it was in the past and that it needs a different style of management. 3. Some staff members are not willing to be held accountable.
