Very poor leadership - Sales CIPS Employee Review

My sense is that I've fallen on my feet at CIPS. They're uniformly friendly and professional, always willing to share advice and incredibly tolerant of a new starter's mistakes. And while I'm new to a very technically exacting profession, I'm being given time and space to grow and learn.

None that suggest themselves right now.

Recognised industry brand. Location. Camaraderie of the team.

Poor communication culture: little clarity, feedback or open dialogue from leadership. Limited support for high performers: strong results go unrecognised or unrewarded. Closed leadership mindset: challenging unfair practices leads to being side-lined. People seen as expendable: decisions prioritise optics and cost over retaining talent. Toxic culture
