      - Very diligent in finding their employees new projects. - Good salary raises every year. - They provide technical seminars at least once a year.

      Cons

      - Since this is a validation services company, employees don't have any benefits, such as, health insurance, vacations, sick days, etc.

      -Will give you the opportunity to grow as a engineer by your own. - Networking opportunities. -Good for recent graduates.

      Cons

      - There is nothing special about this company. You will work by your own with the client with no benefits, recognition, compensations, etc. -There are no grow opportunities within the company.
