      Pros

      The company was built on good core values and dedicated long time employees, that made the company it was. If you're young and have a degree, they provide on the job training for most positions

      Cons

      Let a lawyer run a construction company and you have more than just legal issues. They have been replacing all the older seasoned employees with younger folks with degree's. It seems it's all about the volumn and profits, and no longer about the employees and clients.

      Great culture and amazing mentorship opportunities. Probably my favorite internship and would love to work here full time in the future.

      None to speak of. All of my work was very interesting and I learned a lot here.

      They are very employee oriented - constantly updating benefits and employee wellness programs.

      Cons

      It is hard to get hired as not many jobs open.
